| Strawberries | 1 Pint, sliced | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
2) In a bowl, combine egg yolks, vinegar, sugar, egg whites, vanilla and flour. Mix well.
3) In one layer cake pan, place the batter.
4) Bake until the top springs back.
5) Cool well.
FINALIZING
6) Split the layer in half.
7) With frosting, ice the bottom and top layers. Reserve 2 tablespoons of frosting.
8) Between the layers and on top of the cake, place the sliced strawberries.
9) On top, add whipped cream.
SERVING
10) To serve, cut cake like a pie. Top with strawberries mixed with the remaining icing.
