Ingredients
1 cup strawberry, raspberry or mixed berry juice
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 oz vodka
Directions
In a food processor, mix all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into an airtight container.
Freeze 2 hours.
Remove from freezer.
Whip again.
Return to freezer until firm.
