Strawberry Schaum Torte Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg whites | 3 | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Dash cream of tartar | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| White vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp white vanilla extract | ||
| 2 oz. dietetic white chocolate | ||
| 10 fresh strawberries, whole | ||
Directions
Beat egg whites with salt until frothy; add cream of tartar and beat until whites stand in soft peaks.
Gradually, add sugar replacement; continue beating and add vinegar and white vanilla extract.
Lightly grease bottom of 9 in. (23 cm) springform pan.
Spread mixture into pan.
Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from oven and release side of pan.
Cool completely.
Melt dietetic white chocolate in top of double boiler; gendy pour to drizzle over top of torte.

Decorate with fresh strawberries.
