Strawberry Sauce Recipe

250 g (8 oz) strawberries
1 tablespoon icing sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons framboise liqueur or Cointreau
Directions
1. Place the strawberries and icing sugar in a food processor or blender and work until smooth. Rub through a nylon sieve to remove the pips.
