Easy Strawberry Lemon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tsp level cornflour | ||
| Sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 tsp strawberry essence | ||
| A few drops red colour | ||
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
Directions
Mix water, cornflour and sugar.
Cook, stirring continuously, till the mixture starts coating the back of the spoon.
Remove from fire.
Cool.
Add colour, essence and lemon juice.
Pour over strawberry ice cream.
