 Strawberries1 Pint

 Melted margarine3 Tablespoon

Directions

Wash and clean the strawberries, then slice.
Mash 3/4 cup strawberries with a fork and set aside.
Place remaining strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with 1/3 cup sugar.
Cover and chill.
Place the soft margarine in a small mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until fluffy, adding 1/2 cup sugar gradually.
Add the mashed strawberries, small amount at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat at high speed until light and fluffy, then chill.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Mix the sour cream with the soda, then stir into the eggs.
Add the flour and melted margarine and mix well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a hot griddle and cook until brown, turning once.
Place about 2 tablespoons sliced strawberries down center of each pancake.
Roll up and place on a platter.
Sprinkle with any remaining strawberry syrup.
Spread fluffy strawberry topping over pancakes.
