Strawberry Rhubarb Jam Recipe
Ingredients
6 cups fresh strawberries, hulled, crushed
4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
6 cups sugar
Directions
In a large saucepan, bring fruit to a boil.
Over moderate heat, cook uncovered 15 minutes.
Add sugar, mixing lightly.
Boil uncovered around 10 minutes or until thickened to a jam.
Pour into warm sterilized jars.
Let cool slightly.
Seal.
