Ingredients

 Strawberries250 Gram
 Egg1 , separated
 1/4 cup fat-free warm milk
 Gelatine1 Teaspoon
 2 tablets, sugar-free sweetener, powdered
 1/2 cup curd made from fat-free milk, whisked
 Lime juice1/2 Teaspoon
 Red food colour2 Drop

Directions

Wash and hull strawberries.
Place in a blender and blend to a smooth puree.
Strain and set aside.
Whisk egg yolk till well blended.
Pour warm milk into a small pan.
Stir in gelatine and egg yolk and let it stand for 2 minutes.
Place pan over very low heat and stir for about 3-5 minutes till gelatine is completely dissolved.
Add sweetener and whisk in strawberry puree, curd, lime juice and food colouring (if used).
Chill till semi-set.
Beat egg white till stiff but not dry and fold into mixture.
Pour into ice cream glasses and chill till firm.
