Easy Strawberry Jello Pie Filling Recipe
This recipe of Strawberry Pie was picked up by me from a gourmet magazine, I twisted it a little bit to meet my taste here I am, sharing my version with you. Ingredients
1 tablespoon strawberry Jello, plus 1 cup hot water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick.
Remove from heat and stir in strawberries.
Cool.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Refrigerate.
