| Unflavored gelatin | 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope, Knoxa Brand) | |
| Cold skim milk | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Skim milk | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), heated to boiling | |
| Frozen strawberries | 10 Ounce, thawed | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Frozen whipped topping | 8 Ounce, thawed (1 Container) | |
| Sliced peaches in natural juice | 16 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can) | |
| Angel food cake | 1 , cut into 1 inch cubes (8 Inch) |

Directions
Add hot milk and process at low speed until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Add strawberries and sugar; process at high speed until blended.
Pour into large bowl; chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon, about 20 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping, then peaches and cake.
Turn into 8 cup bowl, mold or springform pan; chill until firm, about 1 1/2 hours.
