Directions

In a bowl, prepare pudding mix with milk as package directs.
Allow pudding to thicken.
Wash, stem, and slice strawberries.
Sweeten the strawberries with sugar.
Layer into parfait glasses.
Into each glass, layer in order: 3 tablespoons granola, 4 tablespoons pudding, 1/4 of the strawberries (reserving a few for the top), remaining pudding, top with the last of granola, and garnish with remaining strawberries.
