1 recipe Dieters' Vanilla Pudding
1 cup quartered fresh or frozen and thawed strawberries
1 cup Raspberry Sauce
4 whole fresh strawberries (optional)
Directions
Place 1/4 cup pudding into each of 4 parfait glasses.
Top with 2 tablespoons berries, and then 2 tablespoons Raspberry Sauce.
Repeat layers.
Decorate with whole strawberries.
