|Frozen sweetened strawberries||20 Ounce, sliced (2 packages,10 ounces each)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1 Tablespoon|
|Powdered fruit pectin||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 package)|
|Sugar||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|

Stir in pectin.
Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
Add sugar; return to a rolling boil.
Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat; skim off foam.
Pour into jars or freezer containers; cool to room temperature, about 1 hour.
Cover and let stand overnight or until set, but not longer than 24 hours.
Refrigerate or freeze.
