Strawberry Omelette Surprise Recipe
This Strawberry Omelet Surprise is surprisingly one of the tastiest omelets I 've ever tasted ! Being fond of savory omelets , I bit into this sweet one reluctantly. To my astonishment, this Strawberry Omelet Surprise surpasses all other omelets in taste ! Truly an innovative dish that you can try for breakfast or snack !
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 recipe Strawberry Jelly (count as 1/4 fruit)
Artificial sweetener to equal 2 teaspoons sugar
Directions
Beat eggs until light.
In heated non-stick pan or heavy iron skillet, add eggs.
Stir once, then quickly lift the edges as the eggs begin to cook and let the liquid part run under.
When cooked but still soft on top, spoon Strawberry Jelly on one side and fold other side over filling.
Sprinkle with sweetener.
