Strawberry Mousse Recipe
I have a recipe which is very near and dear to my heart and that is of Strawberry Mousse. A great Dessert recipe is one like this. Fruits is the main ingredient in this Strawberry Mousse. You will definitely come back and thank me for sharing this Strawberry Mousse recipe.
Ingredients
1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3 cups frozen strawberries, thawed, drained
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
Stawberry sauce water
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp orange peel
Directions
In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup (60 mL) strawberry syrup.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Dip bottom of bowl in hot water until gelatin dissolves completely.
Fold in strawberries and yogurt.
Set aside.
In a second bowl, whip cream and sugar.
Add to strawberries as soon as gelatin starts to set.
Pour into dessert cups.
Refrigerate.
Strawberry sauce Add enough water to remaining strawberry syrup to make 1 cup (250 mL) liquid.
Pour into saucepan.
Warm over low heat.
Add corn starch diluted in a little water.
Mix until sauce thickens.

Let cool until lukewarm.
Divide among dessert cups.
