Directions

MAKING
1. Halve the strawberries and add them to a bowl, sprinkle granulated sugar and leave for half an hour so that the juice is extracted
2. In a blender, blend the starwberries and its juice along with ice cream, milk, lemon juice, orange juice, confectioner's sugar and lemon rind for another half a minute

SERVING
3. Pour into individual glasses, add an ice cube each and serve
