Strawberry Mallow Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3-oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin | ||
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen whipped topping | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thawed | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Crushed pineapple can | 1 8 Ounce, drained | |
Directions
In a 4-cup measure, place gelatin and 1 cup of the water.
Microwave 3 to 4 minutes until boiling.
Add remaining cup cold water; chill until thickened slightly.
Whip with mixer until light and fluffy.
Fold in whipped topping, blending well.
Fold in marshmallows and pineapple.
Pour into serving bowl and chill.
Garnish with fresh strawberries.
