Strawberry Kuchen Recipe

Ingredients
Crust
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup low-calorie margarine
l egg yolk
1 tsp liquid sweetener
Filling
2 cup strawberries, sliced
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
2 tsp all-purpose flour
Directions
To make the crust: Combine ingredients in a food processor or bowl.
Cut into small pea-sized crumbs.
Pat tightly into the bottom of a 13x9 in. (33 x 23 cm) pan.
For the filling: Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and blend.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes; stir again.
Pour into the crust and spread evenly.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set.
