Strawberry Kiwi Jam Recipe
Ingredients
| Strawberries | 3 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| 3 kiwi, peeled and diced | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Crystallized ginger | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1 package powdered pectin | ||
| Sugar | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine strawberries, kiwi, lemon juice, ginger and pectin in a large sauce pot.
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently.
Add sugar and return to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil hard 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Skim foam if necessary.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
