Strawberry Ka Trifle Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups strawberries, hulled | ||
| Cream fresh | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups strawberry flavoured custard | ||
| Sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 large pieces of readymade sponge cake | ||
| Cherries | 6 | |
Directions
Sprinkle sugar over the strawberries and reserve.
Arrange cake pieces at the bottom of a serving bowl and sprinkle sherry over.
Add the strawberries with the melted sugar syrup.
Pour the custard over neatly, and chill till set.
Before serving, add a layer of whipped cream and decorate with the cherries
Serve cold.
