Strawberry Jam Recipe
Ingredients
| Strawberries | 1 Quart, cleaned | |
| 3 to 4 teaspoons liquid artificial sweetener | ||
| 1 package powdered pectin | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red food coloring if desired | ||
Directions
Crush strawberries in saucepan.
Stir in artificial sweetener, food coloring, pectin and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Continue to stir 2 minutes.
Pour into can or freeze jars.
Adjust caps.
Freeze.
