Easy Strawberry Jam Recipe

Ingredients
4 packages (10 oz. ea.) frozen strawberries in heavy syrup, defrosted
5 cups sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2-6 ounce bottle liquid pectin
Directions
In 4-quart glass bowl, thoroughly combine strawberries, sugar and lemon juice.
Cook at HIGH 20 to 22 minutes, or until mixture comes to a full boil; stir occasionally during first 7 minutes.
Cook at HIGH an additional 1 minute.
Stir in pectin and skim off any foam; stir and skim foam for about 7 minutes.
Ladle into sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
