Strawberry Ice Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons REALEMON® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1 quart fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
Red food coloring (optional)
Directions
In blender container, combine sugar, water and ReaLemon® brand; mix well.
Gradually add strawberries; blend until smooth, adding food coloring, if desired.
Pour into 8-inch square pan; cover and freeze about 1 1/2 hours.
In medium mixer bowl, beat until slushy.
Cover and return to freezer.
Place in refrigerator 1 hour before serving to soften.
Freeze leftovers.
