Ingredients
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 3-ounce package strawberry-flavored gelatin | ||
| Cold milk | 1 Quart | |
| 1 quart strawberry ice cream | ||
Directions
Place boiling water and gelatin in blender container; cover and blend till gelatin is dissolved.
Pour 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture into a measuring cup; set aside.
Add half the milk to remaining gelatin mixture in blender container; blend on low speed till well-mixed.
Add half the ice cream; cover and blend just till smooth.
Pour into tall glasses.
Repeat with reserved gelatin mixture, milk, and ice cream.
Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry, if desired.
