|Unsweetened applesauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄4 Ounce (1 envelope)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|

1. In a food mill, add all the strawberries for making the puree.
2. Further, add applesauce and sugar.
3. Use cold water to soften gelatin. Dissolve it in boiling water before blending it in the fruit mixture.
4. Freeze the mixture and serve when required.
