Strawberry Fluff Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen strawberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Gelatin envelope | 1 | |
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Salt | 1 Dash |
Directions
MAKING
1.Rinse and srain fresh or frozen strawberries.
2.Keep aside 6 berries and puree the rest in a blender or strain through sieve.
3.Mix the gelatin with orange juice and soften it.
4.Once soft, put the gelatin mixture over warm water until it completely mixes.
5.Add sugar and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
6.Put berry pulp in refrigerated mixture and blend until foamy.
7.Whisk egg whites and salt until stiff.
8.Make a well in the berry mixture and put the whisked egg whites.
9.Take a 1 quart mold or separate molds, fill the mixture.
10.Top with kept aside berries and refrigerate.
SERVING
11.Serve chilled.
