Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup fat-free cream cheese
1/4 cup fruit-only strawberry jam
1/2 tsp almond extract, or 1 T.(15mL) almond-flavored liqueur
1 cup frozen lowfat non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 frozen pie crust, baked
2 cup fresh or frozen (without syrup) strawberries
Directions
Use an electric mixer to beat together the cream cheesejam, and almond extract or liqueur.
Changing to the lowest speed, add the whipped topping.
Mix until smooth.
Transfer this mixture to the prepared pie crust.
Smooth the top with a spoon.
Cover with the strawberries.
Freeze for an hour or more before serving.
