Strawberry Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pkg strawberry jello | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mini marshmallows | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| 1 cup small curd cottage cheese | ||
| Nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Whipping cream package | 1 | |
Directions
Dissolve jello in water, add marshmallows, and stir until melted.
Add salt & pineapple, then chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in cottage cheese, whipped cream & nuts.
Chill before serving.
