 32 slices soft white bread

Directions

1 Wash strawberries and hull; mash enough to measure 2 tablespoonfuls in a medium-size bowl; set remainder aside.
2 Beat cream cheese and 10X sugar into mashed strawberries until smooth; stir in walnuts.
3 Cut a round from center of each slice of bread with a 3-inch cookie cutter; roll each thin with a rolling pin. Spread a rounded teaspoonful cream-cheese mixture over each; roll into a cornucopia shape.
4 Halve remaining strawberries; tuck one half into end of each sandwich.
