Strawberry Cheese Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
| 10 prepared tart shells | ||
| Cream cheese | 3 Ounce | |
| Half and Half | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Strawberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 10 tsp prepared nondairy whipped topping | ||
Directions
Beat cream cheese and half-and-half together until stiff and smooth.
With the back of a spoon or a small knife, line the tart shell with the cream cheese mixture.
Combine sugar replacement and strawberries in a bowl.
Toss to mix.
Divide the strawberries evenly among the 10 tart shells.
Top each tart with 1 tsp (15 mL) of nondairy whipped topping.
