Strawberry Cheese Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Strawberry preserves | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Combine cheese, onion, milk, pepper, and mayonnaise.
Stir in pecans until well blended.
Pat mixture into a round container or serving plate, forming a slight rim around the top edge.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Just before serving, fill center with st
