Strawberry Cheese Bites Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup nonfat cream cheese, reduced-fat cream cheese, or soft curd farmer cheese
3-4 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
36 vanilla wafers or lemon snaps
18 large strawberries, halved
Directions
1. Place the cream cheese or farmer cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
2. Place 1 rounded teaspoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each cookie, and press a strawberry half into the cheese.
