Strawberry Champagne Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Strawberries | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/4 cup Triple Sec or other orange-flavored liqueur | ||
| 3/4 cup unsweetened orange juice | ||
| Champagne | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Club soda | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
Directions
Combine sliced strawberries and liqueur in a small bowl; let stand 2 hours.
Combine strawberry mixture and orange juice in container of an electric blender; top with cover, and process until smooth.
Stir in champagne and club soda.
Pour into glasses, and garnish with whole strawberries,
