Ingredients
10 ounces (1 1/3 cups) frozen unsweetened raspberries
2 tablespoons creme de cassis
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in processor or blender and puree.
Transfer to bowl.
Gently stir in sliced strawberries.
Layer ice cream with strawberry mixture in 2 parfait or large wine glasses.
