 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:)
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:)
 Glaze
 Powdered sugar1 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:)
 1 teaspoon strawberrry flavoring
 French brandy3 Teaspoon (Filling:)

Directions

1) Mix cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom and sides of 10 inch spring form pan.
2) Cream the cheese. Add the sugar, blend well. Add beaten eggs and beat again. Add flour, salt brandy, vanilla, sour cream, and milk. Beat well.
3) Pour into crust and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 1 hour. Turn oven off, open door and leave cake in oven until cool. Spread glaze on top of cake. Dot with whipped cream, if desired.
