Ingredients

 Evaporated milk1 Can (10oz)
 Flaked coconut package2
 Strawberry package1
 Blanched almonds1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Almond extract1 Teaspoon
 Red food coloring
 Confectioner’s sugar2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Whipping cream3 Tablespoon
 Green food coloring

Directions

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut, 1/3 cup gelatin, almonds, extract and enough red food coloring to tint mixture a strawberry red shade.
Chill 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
Using about 1/2 tablespoon for each, form into strawberry shapes.
Sprinkle remaining gelatin onto wax paper; roll each strawberry in gelatin to coat.
Place on wax paper-lined baking sheets; chill.
In small bowl, combine sugar, cream and green food coloring.
Using pastry bag with open star tip, pipe small amount on top of each strawberry.
Store covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
