Strawberry Bavarian Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Strawberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 packet sugar substitute or 1 teaspoon granulated fructose | ||
| Sugar | 1 Small | |
| 1 tablespoon plain gelatin or 1 packet | ||
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ice cubes | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heavy whipping cream | 1/8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Put aside 10 or 12 large strawberries.
In a small bowl, cut and dice the rest of the berries.
Mix in sugar substitute.
In a bowl (at least 5-cup size), mix the strawberry gelatin with the plain gelatin.
Add cold water and stir to dissolve.
Add boiling water and stir to dissolve completely.
Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin begins to thicken.
Lift out the unmelted cubes.
Pour in the cream and whip until fluffy.
Next, stir in the chopped strawberries and then top off with the fresh whole berries.
If they are very large, cut them in half to decorate the top.
Place in the refrigerator for an hour or more and then serve in your favorite dessert dishes.
