High Protein Smoothie with Strawberry and Banana Recipe Video

Strawberry Banana High Protien Smoothie is my favorite health drink. It can be made with fresh bananas but bananas are high in carbs so I developed my own version of low calorie high protein Strawberry Banana High Protien Smoothie. I use Torani Sugar free banana syrup in place of banana. It has got frozen strawberries in it and is super tasty.

1c. skim milk
 
1 packet Crystal Light protein water mix
 
1 oz. sugar free banana syrup
 
1c. frozen strawberries
 
1/2c. ice
