 Day-Old French bread - 10 to 12 slices (1 inch thick)
 Eggs5 Small, slightly beaten
 Milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla extract1 Tablespoon
 Baking powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Frozen strawberries1 Bag (1kg)
 Firm Bananas - 4, sliced
 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pumpkin Pie or Apple Pie Spice - 1 tablespoon
 Cinnamon sugar1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400°.

MAKING
2. In a large shallow baking dish arrange bread slices.
3. In a bowl mix eggs, milk, vanilla and baking powder
4. Pour the mixture over bread.
5. Cover and keep in refrigerator for 8 hours.
6. Take out from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
7. In a bowl add strawberries, bananas, sugar and pie spice.
8. Grease a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
9. Transfer the fruit mixture into it.
10. Keep the bread on top.
11. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar over it.
12. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

SERVING
13. Serve hot.
