Directions

Put the strawberry-banana gelatin powder into a large mixing bowl.
Add the boiling water and stir until the powder is dissolved.
Add the cold water and stir.
Arrange the fruit in an 8 x 8 in. (20 x 20 cm) brownie pan.
Pour the gelatin over the fruit.
Chill for 3-4 hours until the mixture sets.
Cut into cubes and arrange the cubes in a circle around the edge of the plate.
Optional: Place fresh fruit or a dash of your favorite white topping in the center.
