Strawberry Banana Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 firm medium bananas | ||
| 1 21-ounce can strawberry pie filling | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 9 coconut bar cookies, crumbled (1 cup) | ||
| Pecans | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vanilla ice cream or light cream | ||
Directions
Peel and slice bananas; place in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix pie filling, lemon juice, and vanilla; spoon over bananas.
Micro-cook, uncovered, 6 minutes, turning dish every 2 minutes.
Mix cookies and pecans; sprinkle over fruit.
Cook, uncovered, 1 minute.
Serve warm with ice cream or light cream.
