Ingredients

 Shallots1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Balsamic vinegar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Honey1 Tablespoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Basil2 Tablespoon, chopped
 8 cups baby gourmet greens
 Sliced almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
 1/2 cup sliced red onion
 Strawberries package1 , sliced

Directions

1. Process first 6 ingredients in a blender until blended. Stir in basil.
2. Combine greens and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss gently.
