Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the creme fraiche, superfine sugar, and Framboise and blend thoroughly.
Spoon into a small serving bowl.
Pile strawberries into a crystal or other decorative serving bowl and serve next to the creme fraiche and a small bowl of dark brown sugar for sprinkling over the berries.
