Strawberries Romanoff Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. fresh or | ||
| 2 packets quick-frozen strawberries | ||
| 6 to 8 tablespoons brandy or Cointreau | ||
| Whipping cream | 1/4 Pint | |
Directions
Wash and hull strawberries or allow to defrost.
Pour brandy or Cointreau over; cover until serving time.
Arrange in individual serving dishes, top with whipped cream. or blend whipped cream with 1 small block of vanilla ice cream which has been allowed to soften slightly.
Spoon over strawberries.
