Simple Strawberries Romanoff Recipe
Ingredients
1 quart strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup chilled whipping cream
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice
Directions
Sprinkle strawberries with confectioners' sugar; stir gently.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff.
Gradually mix in liqueur.
Fold in strawberries.
