Ingredients

 Coconut milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
 Vanilla extract1/2 Teaspoon
 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
 1 pint strawberries, washed, stemmed, and quartered
 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch-thick diagonals
 Dried unsweetened coconut1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan until almost boiling. Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate chips, cover, and let stand for 2 or 3 minutes.
2. Uncover and add the vanilla and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth.
3. Divide the strawberries and bananas among 4 dessert bowls or tall parfait glasses. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over each serving, and then sprinkle a tablespoon of the coconut over the top.
