Strawberries And Bananas With Chocolate Coconut Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Coconut milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips | ||

| 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup | ||
| 1 pint strawberries, washed, stemmed, and quartered | ||
| 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch-thick diagonals | ||
| Dried unsweetened coconut | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan until almost boiling. Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate chips, cover, and let stand for 2 or 3 minutes.
2. Uncover and add the vanilla and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth.
3. Divide the strawberries and bananas among 4 dessert bowls or tall parfait glasses. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over each serving, and then sprinkle a tablespoon of the coconut over the top.
