Straw Mushrooms And Baby Corn Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Grated ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Peanut oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Baby corn | 1 15 Ounce, drained | |
| Oyster sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken broth | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 15-ounce can straw mushrooms, drained | ||
Directions
In a hot frying pan or wok, saute the garlic and ginger in the oil.
Add the corn, and saute until hot.
Add the oyster sauce, chicken broth, and sugar.
Stir, and toss.
When the mixture is hot, add the mushrooms, and stir gently, over high heat, until all is hot.
