1. Place a pan on medium flame, pour oil and add tomato in it.
2. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Bring it to a boil. Simmer and reduce to get desired consistency.
3. Pour egg, stir constantly and cook on low flame.
4. When egg is almost done, add feta cheese and stir until cheese melts.

5. Serve with fries and enjoy!
