Stracciatella Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed chicken broth
1 soup can water
1 egg
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Dash nutmeg, optional
Directions
In saucepan, combine broth and water.
Heat.
Beat egg with cheese, parsley, and nutmeg; gradually pour into simmering soup, stirring gently until egg is set.
