Stove Top Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Pinto beans | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Canola oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Onion | 1/4 , chopped | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Wash the beans, strain and keep them aside.
MAKING
2.Take a saucepan, heat oil in it and fry garlic and onion in it.
3.Put mustard and pineapple chunks to it and cook for 10 minutes.
SERVING
4.Serve warm.
